The Verzuz debate continues! 

Timbaland has hinted at the type of artist he believes should face Beyoncé in a Verzuz battle if it were to happen.

During a sit-down interview at his CreatorVerse Homecoming Weekend in his hometown of Virginia Beach recently, the superstar producer shared that Beyoncé would have to go up against someone “as big as her” – albeit later clarifying there are a few artists he believes are on the same level.

However, when asked to name them, he left that decision up to the people.

The interview quickly made its rounds online, with many fans arguing that Beyoncé has no competition.

Others named artists such as Rihanna, Chris Brown, and Mariah Carey as potential contenders to go head-to-head with the Queen Bey.

Now that the debate is circulating online, many fans believe a Beyoncé Verzuz battle may be more of a fantasy than a reality.
