TMZ reports that the couple are once again no more after former footballer Kroy filed for divorce.
The pair made headlines when, amidst claims of financial hardship, both filed separate divorce petitions in May after 11 years of marriage.
In a dramatic turn of events, the divorce was called off and a reconciliation was made.
However, insiders revealed that tensions rose once again after police bodycam footage of the couple speaking ill of each other (during an earlier dispute) surfaced.
See, at the time of their initial split, The Biermanns continued to live under the same roof. A reality that saw the drama reach a boiling point and authorities called.
Now, Kroy has once again blown the whistle on his union with the former ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star.
Per documents, the 37-year-old says the marriage is “irretrievably broken.” He seeking sole legal and sole physical custody of their 4 children; he’s also pursuing child support and alimony.
