With a little help from its original feature Lil Yachty, Flo’s ‘Lose’ – believed to be one of the many gems set to line her sophomore album ‘Fine Ho Stay’ – has already marked a personal milestone for the rapstress as it’s not only her inaugural Hot 100-charting single but also her first to top a Billboard tally.
On the verge of cracking the top 40 next week, if the song enters the chart region that too will be a first for the femcee who has been grinding on the underground and Web circuits since 2019.

Putting her best foot forward toward making those top 40 dreams a reality, Flo took to Instagram on Friday (January 19) to confirm she’s tapped SZA (born Solana Rowe) to feature on the cut’s forthcoming remix.
Revealing lyrics the GRAMMY winner had written for the revamped cut, the rapstress praised Rowe for her contribution.
“Lmaooo ur a f###### genius. Pure mastery. The girls aren’t ready TRUST!!!,” she said in response to Solana.
At writing, neither party has confirmed the official release date of the remix.
Its arrival will follow a warmly received mix that features GRAMMY-nominated rapper-singer Bryson Tiller.
