After much speculation and a potential false start, Jess Hilarious has officially been confirmed as the new co-host of The Breakfast Club.

Ending a year-plus hunt for a replacement for departed anchor Angela Yee, the 31-year-old was formally unveiled as the permanent co-host of the long-running Power 105.1 series.
As widely reported, Jess – who has routinely filled in the rotating third spot alongside founding anchors Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Envy – announced the news at New Year’s Eve event. A move that was followed by a brief window of “is she/isn’t she” boarding the show, given the seemingly premature reveal.
Now, it’s official.
Speaking in a statement, the comic/presenter said:
“I’m confident that taking the third seat at The Breakfast Club will show people that Jess Hilarious is not just comedy, but culture.”
