There’s no love lost between D.L. Hughley and Mo’Nique. And, after the latter lit up the drama afresh during an interview on Club Shay Shay, it appears the beef in back on the griddle.
As extensively reported, the comedians clashed in 2022 over remarks Mo made about business dealings relating to a show they both performed on. Speaking during her stand-up show, she labelled Hughley a “b*tch *n*gga.”
That resulted in an online war of words between the stars, which shockingly saw the outspoken comedienne rope in the m*lestation of Hughley’s daughter into the discourse. A move she eventually apologized for.
However, in the wake of her making less than endorsing comments about Hughley during her already viral sit-down with Shannon Sharpe, her rival has let rip in a major way.

Speaking in an online video shared to social media, the 60-year-old kicked off saying:
“I don’t know anyone that works out that much and gains weight…unless every crunch they do has a Captain in front of it.”
Continuing, Hughley hissed:
“She’s a liar. She has the temerity to be offended by everyone, (despite) the sh*t you say about people. She always asks people to look up the videos. You won’t find it (in relation to what she said about me) because she’s a f**king liar.”
Growing increasingly emotional, Hughley added:
“She told the world I allowed my daughter to be m*lested. This lying motherf*cker. She knows she was lying and it only stopped when everyone from my family checked her.”
Blasting the more, the comic said:
“You will never see her with her own family. You know why? Because nobody f*cks with (her). How do you have “sweet babies” when your own babies don’t f**k with you? How do “love us for real” when there is nobody loving you for real? Except your “Daddy”…who you apparently have to pay. And FYI, daughters are paid for **by** Daddies. Not Daddies who get paid **by** their daughters.”
He went on to label her Netflix special “trash” and suggested she ought spend more time writing better material than always complaining.

Ouch.
That Netflix special was trash and MoNique does have an issue with accountability.
She and her husband “daddy” are manipulators who prey on Black peoples emotions and vulnerabilities.
Black Americans..what do u expect? The entitlement is beyond comprehension! Sad.
Monique and her “daddy” advocate for their family, secure a fairer settlement with Netflix, and set the payment bar higher for more deserving Black female comedians. Thank you Monique. What did Hughley, I-ll-take-any-payment-from-Netflix do?
