Katy Perry has officially returned and has declared that it’s a ‘Woman’s World.’
Fresh from announcing her incoming album ‘143’ (due September 20), the Pop force has unleashed the song and video in tandem with each other.
True to form, it’s a slick, cinematic, and characteristically quirky affair. As such, it’s packed with all sorts of replay value.
‘Woman’s World’ serves as the premiere taste of ‘143,’ which numerically translates to “I Love You.” As reported, the set promises to bring anthemic Dance-Pop bops and is holistically anchored in the sexy, the empowering, and the liberated.

Katty needs to realize she’s not GAGA, you can’t release MEDIOCRITY in the same vein as BORN THIS WAY & RAIN ON ME & expect it to connect with the masses just because the video is decent/creative.

This was never #1 on iTunes — it got to about #5 and now it’s out of the top 10. I was hoping she could make a comeback but this looks like it’s going to be a failure.
