En Vogue sprung a surprise on the masses tonight at the 2025 NBA All-Star Game.
The iconic R&B ensemble was tapped to perform as part of an eclectic collective at the Half-Time Show alongside Saweetie, E-40, Too $hort, and DJ Cassidy.
During the electrifying performance, the group welcomed back original member Maxine Jones.
The quad – which includes fellow founding members Cindy Herron and Terry Ellis, as well as Rhona Bennett – rocked the house with their classic ‘Free Your Mind.’

Who styled them. . .
Tina Knowles Nothing About Clothes?
😉
They are better without her and Dawn, Max just slows them down, you can hear it in the live vocal, it’s like three divas in their prime singing with they grandmother
NOOOO ORGINAL ALL THE WAY
And yet Terry was the one who was off throughout her bit. They are not in their prime, they are 60 years old plus and you can hear it in their vocals.
THIS is exciting news! Hopefully Max will stay and the harmonies will tighten. Glad to see it.
No Dawn…..then no support of the group.
That’s nice, but where’s Dawn? Not the same for me without the original four. For example, my favorite En Vogue song is “Don’t Let Go” which can’t be done right without Dawn, in my opinion.
Good to see Maxine back, now ditch the replacement one and bring back Dawn!
Who’s the new girl singing Dawn’s bit?
They need the original 4 members, nobody cares when it’s not the original members.
Welcome back Maxine Jones though, they need her for the bottom notes.
I don’t recognise the very tall lady at all.
If it’s not the original members, then why bother? Dawn is needed as much as other three are.
