Taylor Swift is breathing a sigh of relief this week after a judge granted her a restraining order against a man she claims has been stalking her for months.

According to court filings, 45-year-old Brian Jason Wagner allegedly made repeated and unwanted trips to the superstar’s Los Angeles home, even changing his address on his driver’s license to her house.
Swift says he’s also been spreading false claims about being in a relationship with her and even went as far as to change his driver’s license address to her house.
The court clearly agreed this was no small matter. Wagner is now legally required to stay 100 yards away from the superstar, her home, car, and place of work.
He has also been banned from contacting her in any way and must surrender any weapons or body armor in his possession. He can not have any firearms, ammunition, or body armour during this time.
