Stefon Diggs’ accuser is pushing back against suggestions that money is driving his high-profile legal battle with the NFL star.
Christopher Griffith insists his case is not a “cash grab” and says he is prepared to defend his allegations in court. He also had words for Cardi B after the Rap star publicly questioned his account.

Speaking with TMZ, Griffith claimed the dispute reached court because of Diggs’ alleged “refusal to tell the truth.”
Responding to the athlete branding him a liar, Griffith said:
“I don’t know why liars lie, but if a liar told me I was lying, I wouldn’t believe them.”

He also expressed disappointment that Cardi had chosen to defend Diggs, claiming the ‘Enough’ rapper had placed her trust in someone he believes is being dishonest.
The influencer maintained that he has not demanded a specific financial settlement and said his focus is holding someone accountable for what he alleges happened to him.
As previously reported, Diggs filed a defamation lawsuit after Griffith publicly accused him of drugging and sexually assaulting him during a 2023 gathering at the football player’s Maryland home.
Diggs has firmly denied the allegations. Griffith later countersued, bringing his sexual battery claims into the ongoing court fight.
Cardi inserted herself into the dispute this week by accusing Griffith of changing elements of his story and questioning his credibility. Griffith previously urged her to “take off the blinders.”
With both sides refusing to retreat, the increasingly public war of words now looks set to play out before a judge.
