Disturbing testimony dominated the latest day of D4vd‘s preliminary hearing, with the attorney representing the family of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez describing the evidence shown in court as deeply traumatic.

Speaking outside the courthouse with TMZ, attorney Patrick Steinfield said graphic images presented by the prosecutors left Rivas Hernandez’s loved ones devastated; he revealed:
“It’s very gruesome. Her (Rivas Hernandez’s) body was liquefied, and the District Attorney’s office had to identify, had the police officer identify parts of her body that it just, I mean, it just looked like mush.”
The singer, whose legal name is David Burke, has pleaded not guilty to charges including first-degree murder, continuous sexual abuse of a minor and unlawful mutilation of human remains. Prosecutors allege he murdered Rivas Hernandez and attempted to conceal the crime, claims his defense denies.
Following the preliminary hearing, the judge will weigh whether there is sufficient evidence of the case to proceed to trial.
