Tank is making his stance on Chris Brown‘s catalog crystal clear. Again.

Amid renewed debate about whether the R&B superstar has a classic album, his longtime collaborator has entered the chat with a pointed message for those dismissing his discography.

In a freshly issued Instagram comment, the ‘Maybe I Deserve’ singer wrote:

“Saying Chris Brown doesn’t have a classic album tells me 2 things about you. You don’t like him, and you don’t know music. Or third you’re old!..lol R&B MONEY”

The subject recently featured on ‘The Joe Budden Podcast’, where a discussion about R&B’s crown turned to Brown’s consistency versus Usher’s landmark albums, particularly ‘Confessions.’

The hosts questioned whether Breezy had a comparable defining project.

Tank did not name the podcast or single out a particular speaker in the comment.

His intervention also comes after Brown’s fiery declaration that he is “the King” and criticism of his industry peers. The singer did not specify what prompted that outburst.

This isn’t Tank’s first defense of his collaborator’s musical output. Back in May, he pushed back against complaints that Brown keeps making the same songs.
