‘Unconditional love’. That”s exactly what singer JoJo has for her army of loyal fans, hence why today she has announced a mixtape which means just that: ‘Agape‘.
Details after the jump…
Set for release on December 20th, the free collection is the follow-up to 2010’s ‘Can’t Take That Away From Me’ – which birthed the well-received ‘In The Dark’.
As many know, though, the ‘Agape’ is yet another bridge to the 21 year old’s long awaited 3rd studio album, which has been delayed, revised, and delayed again due to corporate politics.
Thankfully, undeterred, the Boston native is all sorts of amped for the project, writing on Twitter…
This mixtape is meant to be experienced when you have 27-28 minutes to go on a little journey with me and listen to some stories…

There are interludes, outerludes, random shit, my dad playing harmonica, and a conversation between my whole family at thanksgiving.

Needless to say, we can’t wait! Speaking of which, it has been confirmed that the mixtape’s first single is set for release…later today! Keep it locked on That Grape Juice for the goods.
Sigh…I want her to succeed, but she is part of such a s***** label and contract that are doing nothing to help or promote her. What happened to Demonstrate…that song was and still is soooo hot!! I’ll be listening to the mixtape. Free JoJo!! Stupid BlackGround Music….
Blackground should be shut down for letting talent like JoJo get lost among all the crap we have now
Poor JoJo! She had a certified HIT on her hands with Demonstrate, and her crappy label dropped the ball. Is her label flat out broke it something??????
RIGHT!!!!! I was sooo looking forward to seeing that video!!!
JoJo needs new people.
such a waste of real talent rooting for her
She’s irrelevant to the core
3 fans does not an army make
And you are who?
I wish her label wasn’t so s*****.
Maybe somebody will buy her out of her deal.
hopefully.
I wish Jo Jothe best. She so underrated.
