Amidst the sea of new shows set to arrive during the 2014-2015 TV season, Steven Spielberg’s ‘Extant’ has – for many – emerged as the most exciting.
Led by Academy award winner Halle Berry, the big budget Sci-Fi series centers on a female astronaut named Molly Watts. A wife and mother, viewers will meet the character as she tries reconnect with her family after returning home from year in space. As the narrative unfolds, it quickly becomes clear that her experiences while away lead to events that ultimately change the course of human history.
