‘Scandal’ explodes back onto the small screen for a fourth season on September 25th.
Viewers of the hit ABC show will recall the cliff-hanger that was the climax of its third outing early this year; and it seems the network are hoping they do remember. For, they have cultivated quite the promotional campaign centred around the simple yet pressing question “Where On Earth Is Olivia Pope?”.
