Filming is under way for perhaps the most buzzed about season of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta.’
With the recent departures of NeNe Leakes, Claudia Jordan, and Demetria McKinney coupled with the rumored return of OG Sheree Whitfield, can the ladies of the most popular ‘Housewives’ franchise prove they still have “it” amidst the climate of change?
Time will tell, but what is known is a little about where the season will kick off from.

Kandi Burruss took to her Instagram account to thank Cynthia Bailey, Kenya Moore, Phaedra Parks, and Porsha Williams for attending a live performance of her new groups – The Band Loud and Glamour. An event we hear was captured by the Bravo cameras, as Burruss selected said night to reveal her pregnancy to her cast-mates.
Although no new faces were photographed, this isn’t any reason to be alarmed as normally new faces are kept from taking pictures with the cast until they are indeed well into filming.
Is it us or do the ladies look much more…united? Granted this is something we’ve been lobbying for, it really won’t be the ‘Housewives’ we’ve come to know and love if there isn’t forrest of shade being thrown and tall glasses of tea being spilt!
