For over 20 years, Mariah Carey has established herself as an integral part of the modern Christmas.
Indeed, following the blockbuster success of her 1994 hit ‘All I Want For Christmas’ and its housing album ‘Merry Christmas,’ the songbird’s contributions to the festive season have become iconic.

Say what we do about Mariah, there’s no doubt that she knows how to keep her name in the mix.

Boo! or should I say Moo!
Get a life f**
But sis….. I already have 1, I’m just being messy f**
But you have a Lil’ Kim wannabe and a serial flop mixed together as your first name.
She blatently is LAZY. Madonna, Janet are not lazy.
Mariah sings the same 12 songs at each show. The fans want ANY TIME YOU NEED A FRIEND OR FADED , and she sings the same crap. SHES SO BORING NOW. ITS LIKE SHE LOST HER SWAG, SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER FANS ANYMORE.
SHE IS IN THIS FOR THE $$$$$ HER FANS NEED TO LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR INSPIRATION.
Mariah is not trying I agree she left the Chanteuse fail. No hunnie you wanted out that record deal and forget that those songs play a part in your lambs life
How about she perform one tv show or award show where she SLAYS like she did on the grammys with fly like a bird.
Practice Mariah, warm up those vocal like you did on Thank God I found you in vegas, stop being so damn lazy
Yes slay Queen of Christmas!
This is why she will continue to win simply because twenty years later she is proving her skills and worth as a businesswoman. She will continue to win with All I want for Christmas no matter who likes it or not. Congratulations MC on another accomplishment.
Mariah is the queen of everything!!!!
Glitter Part II
She should’ve asked Lee Daniels to direct to add some edge and grit to the schmaltz. Like Mimi plays a crack addicted prostitute who helps Gabourney Sibide learn to write *period*.
…But then discovers Gabourney had a knack for writing Christmas carols etc. lol
Queenriah!!!
“All I Want for Christmas” is a classic christmas song and with her being songwriter it would be only fitting for her to take part in the visionary aspects of the film considering this project has probably been in the works for some time.
She has become a stronger actress since “Glitter” (Ex. “WiseGirls”, “Precious” “Tennessee”) and would be great to see her play the mentoring supporting role.
I can definitely see Keke Palmer playing the up and coming songwriting protege, it would give her chance to re-introduce her growing musical talent considering her new Record Deal with Island Def Jam. Her Progression from Child Star to Adult Actress has been very smooth and well crafted. Glad she is finally in the studio making more mature music with her own Vision and Musical Direction with the assistance of Heavyweight and Talent underground producers.
I do wish the Production team would move up the date to the beginning of December (Dec.1-Dec.15) because its Premiere is so close Christmas viewers don’t get a chance popularize over the course of the holiday season.
Overall this upcoming project involving Mariah Carey seems like a nice addition to the history of one of the most popular and classic Holiday songs!
Wow, I think this will be cute.
Good look for Mariah
