Must See: ‘The Real’ Interviews….Rachel Dolezal

Published: Monday 2nd Nov 2015 by David

Following the release of her new LP ‘Calling All Lovers‘ the R&B singer Tamar Braxton has used her platform on the hit show ‘The Real’ to interview the controversial political activist Rachel Dolezal.

Dolezal made headlines earlier this year when it emerged that-despite being Caucasian- she had been pretending to be of African-American descent, even going as far as to pay an African-American man to impersonate her father at social gatherings.

What she has to say to her critics today?

A must-see piece from their conversation below…

Those who have been following Rachel’s story will know that her issues with race have dark and deep roots that seem to star in her family’s allegedly disturbing “obsession” with African woman.

The Daily Mail reports:

Dolezal previously accused her older brother of throwing her to the ground, sexually assaulting her and forcing her to look at nude photos, it has emerged.

Joshua Dolezal, 39, faces four felony counts of sexual abuse and court documents from that case have revealed the claims made by his biological sister.

She accused her brother, who was about 16 or 17, of throwing her to the ground and pulling up her shirt before touching her in 1991. Rachel is two years younger than her brother.

He then allegedly showed her photos of topless African women in a copy of National Geographic and told her he pleasured himself and ‘got off’ while looking at them.

He told her he ‘was turned on by the black body and was curious about black women generally.’

Joshua, who is two years older than Rachel, was not charged in the alleged incident.

But he does face four charges, and a court date this summer, for allegedly sexually assaulting another female victim when she was a minor.

In that case, the victim claims she was just six or seven when she was abused by Joshua between 2001 and 2002. Court documents say that Joshua, who was 19 years older than the girl, would follow her into the bathroom, order her to undress and then touch her.

Rachel is said to believe that her parents “outed” her on national television to make her pay for supporting the alleged victim in the case.

It should be noted that the family made the interesting decision to adopt four black children in the space of four years around the same time Dolezal claims she  learned of her brother’s alleged obsession with black women.

Keep it locked on TGJ for the full interview.
