Lady Gaga‘s comeback as a musician may have the full support of her fan base but it seems that things aren’t as straight forward when it comes to ‘American Horror Story’, the TV series in which she stars.

The ‘Alejandro’ singer recently picked up a Golden Globe for her role in the series which also stars Naomi Campbell but seems to have struggled to pull in and keep viewers forcing the show to accept a brand new ratings low.
How low? The season finale picked up 2.25 million viewers making it a live and same Day finale low among both viewers and the 18 to 49 demographic demographic before she kicks off her musical comeback campaign at this year’s Grammy Awards ceremony.
Finale-to-finale, last night’s Hotelender was down 27% among the 18-49s from the January 21, 2015 AHS: Freak Show ender. Viewershipwise, Wednesday’s Season 5 finale declined 30% from the Season 4 finale.
