I loved it. At first I was a bit bothered by the lack of screentime for each finalist, but this episode really packed five episodes of auditions that would’ve been stretched out by another show like American Idol or Making the Band. It just went straight to work!
Being a reality TV junkie I wish this was a bit more competition-styled like Making the Band, but I give props to Kelly for wanting it to be as organic as possible.

The show is amazing
She should have a member of Destiny’s child visit the contestants each week to give them advice (I doubt she will though). I still really like it for what it’s worth.
Part of the reason why I wish it were more competition based is a judging panel of Kelly, Kandi, Dawn (of En Vogue or the Danity Kane one lol), and Chilli (or LeToya) would be fire.
Excellent choices! OMG that would be pure fire! Dawn is so talented and wise + she knows the music industry in and out. Kandi would be able to give the girls advice on avoiding drama and conflict, and Chilli/LeToya would be able to help them out with their fashion, style and personalities.
This format makes sure that the fame hungry heifers have a back seat and the musical process will lead the way.
Makes it a more organic and high quality dedicated tutorial.

So much talent!! Wow! Kelly and Frank, best to you both in deciding who are the final winners… What a genuine collaboration between the two of you, all that wisdom, industry know how, and professionalism. I applaud you both in-regards to your work ethnics. With all of that talent to choose from, I could see you both coming up with more than one group. I can’t wait to see who the final choices will be.
