Published: Tuesday 2nd Aug 2016 by Sam

The doors to ‘Mariah’s World’ open this December.

As reported, decorated diva Mariah Carey will form the focus of a new 8-part docu-series on E!

Initially set for a summer launch, the premiere was shifted – for reasons unknown.

What is certain is that a new date has been set. Find out what it is below…

Per the network, the show will premiere December 4th at 9pm ET.

Its official synopsis shares that the series will “grant VIP access to the songstress as she begins her ‘Sweet Sweet Fantasy Tour’ of the United Kingdom, Europe, and Africa. All while planning her wedding to Australian business mogul, James Packer.” An intimate look at the 46-year-old’s family, friends, and the inner circle that “keep her at the top of her game” is also promised.

It’s Mariah, so it’s a given that we’ll be watching. We just hope she does herself a decent service. Because, if pulled off “right,” the series could prove a powerful platform to re-introduce her music and persona to the masses ahead of a chart comeback. Executed wrong and it could cause lasting damage.
