This Sunday will bring with it the return of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘, the highest-rated ‘Housewives’ reality series in NBC history.
Today, as fans continue to learn of storylines fronted by its current line-ups, they are to discover that one of its originals has made a surprise return to the series seven seasons after her departure.
Replaced by Cynthia Bailey in season 3, Lisa Wu stood alongside NeNe Leakes as one of the show’s original wives by way of her marriage to the athlete Ed Hartwell.
This year she returns to the show alongside fellow original Kim Zolciak.
Kandi Burruss broke the news in the interview below…
Unfortunately, Wu will not return to the platform as an official ‘Housewife’ and is expected to continue pursue a career in Hollywood via Carlos King’s ‘Hollywood Divas.’
