Beyonce‘s reported journey to the motherland and a release date for Ava DuVernay‘s ‘Wrinkle in Time.’
After referencing the Igbo Landing in her latest visual project ‘Lemonade’, Beyonce is reportedly making her way to the continent of Africa.
Why?
To deliver a free concert to fans in South Africa.
The report was given life when members of the star’s camp (including her mother) took to Instagram to reveal that they were in Durban for the Essence Festival.
Then, the event’s official website fuelled the flames of speculation by referencing one of the artist’s more memorable lyrics on its homepage.

Elsewhere, Ava DuVernay‘s hotly anticipated ‘Wrinkle in Time‘ has received a release date!
Starring Oprah Winfrey, the release is a big screen adaptation of Madeleine L’Engle’s iconic children’s novel and will drop on April 6th 2018.

Boring. She’s such a big bore. The excitement surrounding her project a die down so quick. Her album that was just release 5 months ago is already non existent. Albums that were released in January are higher than lemonade on the charts.

Lmao at Navy being cocky. When’s the last time Rih’s catalogue album re-enter BB200? Some albums like ST (140++ weeks) and Iasf (130++ weeks) refuse to leave the chart. I thought with the helps of streams, certain artist can have their album to stay on the charts longer, but I guess that’s the difinition of ‘die down so quick’.

Anti : 12? 13? 15? ( with a top 5 single and assistance from Drake aka the biggest rapper right now).
No matter what you say, the facts still remain. Gone are the days when Beyonces albums had a long lasting run. Her last 3 albums all were forgotten literally months after it release. The problem is she has no singles that can keep her album running for 1-2 yrs. Say what you want about Rihanna, but altho she doesn’t have massive 1st week sales, her albums run a year+ with multiple smash singles. Yall clown anti but anti still has juice and its almost been a year. Her urban single beat out these girl 1st singles. lol
The navy is truly deluding themselves this era. Anti is charting because of streaming NOT sales. Y’all better thank your lucky stars Lemonade is a tidal exclusive because with Lemonade having the biggest streaming debut by a female this year on Tidal only Lemonade would have given Anti a run for her money on streaming to.Lemonade is still outselling it weekly and even in SPS lemonade has still outsold Anti WW AND in the US.

Talk about what chart run Anti has had OUTSIDE of the US. Lemonade debuted #1 in 17 countries on the BB charts it outsold anti in 2 weeks in the UK, it has sold more everywhere and charted better everywhere and y’all still trying it and hanging onto the same charts you use to call local when Rihanna was actually successful outside of the US music market.Lemonade was a bigger and more successful era despite the other one having a #1 9 week single seems like Rih lost the juice LOL
OK? Not you talking about ‘long lasting run’ when Rih is yet to have album that spend 100 weeks, its even more embarrassing when Nicki with 0 number ones had it first. And also, spending 28 Weeks in foreign market (Australia) w/o radio hits shows that Bey is a legend. The Global Superstar couldn’t even sell 150k in her biggest market. From selling 900k in 2011 to barely go Gold. I don’t even wanna talk about the arena tour.
Beyonce has a way better BB200 history charting run and Lemonade isn’t even charting poorly lol so I’m not sure why this stan is even trying it. She has spent more weeks on the BB200 than Rihanna with LESS albums on top of having more #1 albums.

Lemonade died down yet its slaying itunes. People are actually purchasing the album. Albums released in January were also release to all streaming platforms. Dont play yourself. At the end of the day, which era grossing more? Which era is an event rather than a stream?
FACT: Lemonade stays in itunes top 10, with the new albums, where you can still purchase it for 17.99$.
If it’s forgotten, then what about other album? I guess they never exist lol.
@King B, exactly the elephant in the room is the fact that the album BEYONCE will easily sell over 500K this year WW. 3 whole years later.
OMG… I can’t even breath right now… I hope this is true. I have always saved money every time she announced a tour but always getting disappointed every time. I mean this year I went to a freaking vacation when the tour came to a stop.. She has never toured South Africa at all.
Actually Destinys Child toured in Africa all the time. Beyoncé toured during her first 2 album “Dangerously In Love Tour”. Nelson Mendellas 466 concert & The Beyoncé experience in 2007. It’s been 9yrs since she last performed their!
