The 14-year-old viral sensation Danielle Bregoli has found herself swimming into dangerous legal waters after pleading guilty to several charges in a South County Courthouse in Delray Beach on Wednesday.
Rising to fame via her appearance on Oprah Winfrey‘s Dr. Phil show, Bregoli (who is also known as the Cash Me Outside girl) is said to have stolen a car, smoked marijuana, and filed a false police report.
Fortunately for her, the judge overseeing the case dismissed other charges she faced and learned of her father’s attempts to rescue her from her mother and the management team he says are encouraging the minor to behave inappropriately for money.
He had this to say about them all outside of the court hearing…
I am the only parent in this relationship with Danielle that is trying to see the best thing for this child. To have her be an asset to the community, to understand what love is and to understand what family is about.
He is currently seeking custody.
