With ‘Being Mary Jane’ in rearview, Gabrielle Union is back on the big screen!
The actress teams with producer Will Packer for home-invasion drama ‘Breaking In’ – a title she’s staring in and co-producing herself.
Set to hit theaters on Mothers Day (May 13th), the high-octane thriller sees Union take on the role of a single mom on a mission to free her daughters from a complex hostage situation.
Armed with a mother’s love and unshakable will, she does all she can to be reunited with her kids.

It’s great to see Gabby do away with the “usual” and up the action. It’s refreshing.

Looks like an embarrassing comedy, which makes sense when you consider the other films they’re credited for.
I’m so sick of Will Packer’s movies. He bounces around genres and does a horrible job at just making sh-t he thinks will sell.
Like come on, are these the only lead roles black women can get. We’ve seen this storyline so many times…smh
