Angela Bassett‘s new procedural drama ‘9-1-1’ is off to a blazing start.
As reported, the show opened strong with its initial broadcast and new data shows it actually performed better that first thought.

Last Wednesday’s premiere was the 2nd most watched show in its primetime slot with an audience of 6.8 million viewers.
Now, with delayed viewing factored in as well as on-demand consumption, the figure has risen to 10.5 million.
This includes an extra 705,000 views from Fox Now and Hulu.
Co-created by Ryan Murphy and exec produced by Bassett, the second episode of the emergency responder show airs tomorrow. Can it maintain its momentum? We sure hope so!
