Joseline Hernandez has set her sights on the good people of Puerto Rico and has launched a plan to help them rebuild their lives following the natural disaster they were struck by.

Hernandez, who like 46% of Puerto Ricans is of West African and Spanish descent, is using her platform to raise awareness for those hit hardest by the crisis and revealed that she believes self-sufficiency and agriculture lie at the heart of the rebuilding process.
The island was hit by Hurricane Maria on September 16th 2017 and claimed the lives of at least 146 people before it dissipated on October 2nd.
