Columbus Short is in trouble with the law.

A warrant for the actor’s arrest has been issued after he failed to appear in court as part of his divorce proceedings…for the second time.
The point of the hearing was for a judgment debtor exam where the actor was to be grilled about his finances.
Short was recently released from jail after serving only 34 days of a 1-year sentence for assaulting his wife.
Short’s legal woes forced the show’s creator Shonda Rhimes to dismiss him from its cast. Since then, he has starred in a number of independent movie releases.
