50 Cent and Kevin Hart have much to celebrate.
Find out how the moguls are making major moves in television after the bounce….
Hart’s good news? A brilliant union with the purveyors of fun...Nickelodeon.
The deal will see him produce Hart produce an army of original TV shows and projects for the platform and support the platform with content he hopes will push light into the lives of children everywhere.
For me, Nick has always represented everything fun about being a kid, and it’s still at the forefront today of kids’ and family entertainment. I’ve been slimed at Kids’ Choice, won a lot of Orange Blimps and my kids are my very own built-in focus group, so I’m ready to dive in and make some next-level shows with Brian and everyone at Nickelodeon.
Hart’s collaboration with the platform arrives following the ousting of the disgraced Dan Schneider…accused of behaving inappropriately towards the company’s talent.
We can’t wait to see what Kevin delivers.
And 50? His good news stems from his brand new deal with STARZ.
Following his departure from ‘Power’, the rapper now has more time to build original content for the platform and has now been given the free reign to create whatever he likes whenever he wants to as part of a grand deal!
Sources with knowledge of the agreement tell Variety that, in full success and combination with Jackson’s current series and development, it could prove to be worth as much as $150 million.

When I sat down with Chris [Albrecht, Starz CEO] and walked him through my plans for G-Unit Film & Television going forward, he let me know I was essentially requesting the biggest deal in premium cable history. I am excited to announce that we’ve made that partnership between myself, G-Unit Film & Television and Starz/Lionsgate and we will continue our proven track record of breaking records and delivering unique content for audiences around the world … Get The Strap.
Both on screen and off, Curtis has proven that he can deliver content that our viewers want to watch. He is the real deal, and we have given him a real deal, with what I believe to be among the most significant deals to date for an Executive Producer in premium television. We’re pleased to expand our relationship and consider this the beginning of many new and exciting ventures to come.
Exciting times!
