Idris Elba is in talks to front a brand new movie named ‘Deeper.’

The film follows the supernatural tale of an astronaut who is hired to head to the bottom of the ocean and finds himself in dangerous territory when the unthinkable occurs.
Bradley Cooper was originally set to take the lead role but was unable to because of scheduling issues which led to Elba (who has generated over $3 billion at the box office) being called on to stand as its star.
Production kicks off in Spring.
