The entertainer, who is accused of filing a false police report, was charged yesterday and is now in police custody following claims he conspired with two other men to convince the world that he was the victim of a racist attack.
His legal team offered this statement….
He enjoys the presumption of innocence, particularly when there has been an investigation like this one where information, both true and false, has been repeatedly leaked.
It should be noted that the police have not revealed what the two men accused of helping Jussie allegedly deceive the world told them during their interviews.
This news comes as many question the lack of media coverage given to the case of an African-American woman who was found dead after attending an adults sleepover party with the parents of her children’s friends.

They spoke on the phone a short while before carrying out the attack, that’s why jussie refused to hand over his cell phone to the police, but little did he know the cops have already gotten his phone records from his phone company.
The story seemed like a fluke from day one. For all that he claimed was done to him, he should have had more than a little scratch under his eye lol. I’m interested in hearing WHY he’d pull a s***** stunt like this….
