‘How To Get Away With Murder’ is back for a fiery final season and looks to make its sixth outing its most dramatic yet.
September 26th brings with it the premiere of the show’s penultimate chapter and ABC has unleashed a trailer that has all sorts of buzzed to see the fates of Annalise Keating and the various character’s who’ve made for such magnetic viewing over the last six years.

When the Shondaland produced series returns, it’ll address a number of the cliffhangers viewers saw at the climax of season 5. Namely the whereabouts of Laurel’s son, who killed Nate’s father, and the true identity of the new student (played by Rome Flynn) etching himself into all corners of Annalise’s life.

Where is Laurel’s mother?
Where is Bonnie’s child?
We never found out anything about Michaela’s family except for when they totally reimagined her backstory and made Brett Butler her mother. There’s no way Michaela grew up in that woman’s home. I think we’re supposed to find out about Annalise’s connection to Michaela’s father this season.
This show is great at dramatic scenes, but the writing has often fallen short.
Season 1 was awesome. Season 2 was drawn out and tolerable. Seasons 3 and 4 were lost in the wilderness. Season 5 was okay.
I’m looking for HTGAWM to go out on a bang!
