TVTrailer: ‘Self Made: Inspired by the Life of Madam C.J. Walker’ [Starring Octavia Spencer]

The trailblazing narrative of Madam CJ Walker will be illuminated anew by way of a Netflix limited series – led by Oscar winner Octavia Spencer. 

Set to premiere March 20th, the powerful production – which is titled ‘Self Made: Inspired by the Life Of Madam CJ Walker’ – will share the true story of the African American entrepreneur, who built a haircare empire. One which saw her become the first ever female self-made millionaire.

Ahead of its debut, watch the first look trailer of the series – which also stars Tiffany Haddish, Blair Underwood, and Carmen Ejogo.
