Fans of the model Eva Marcille fear she is to lose her role on ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ following what some are calling a humiliating reunion episode.
Today, her husband has stepped up to defend her.
The soap opera style Reality series explores the lives and social dynamics of a group of affluent African-American women living in the Atlanta area who have enjoyed varying levels of success in business, philanthropy, music, fashion and entertainment.
Last week, number of reports claimed that this year’s reunion would see Eva wow viewers and emerge as as one of the special’s winners.
Unfortunately, a war of words with castmates Porsha Williams and Nene Leakes saw the opposite occur after the model was criticised for remarks she made about her fellow ‘Housewives’ and comments some of her castmates believed stemmed from colorism.
Porsha really owned this reunion. She read Kenya. She destroyed Eva. She had receipts. She looked gorg!

I must be watched a different show because Eva handled herself and handed Nene her a$$. Let’s be clear, Eva would never be dragged. NEVER. Sister is way too well spoken and fast with her thoughts to be dragged a dumbo like Porsha. (Who I love btw).
As for the colorism topic. I applaud Kenya for beautiful stating why Eva’s statement was problematic being a fair skin, straight hair black woman. But Eva’s defense was also very well said. Eva is black, so no should be schooling her on what type of terms she can use within her own culture. Kenya for years have used her long hair as a way to bring down the other ladies. It’s just funny to see so much finger pointing when the same people turn around and do the exact same thing. So much hypocrisy on that show.

Back in the early 2000’s my daughter who was huge fan of Eva use to work for this famous entertainer as his personal Assistant. Eva was invited on his show. My daughter was so excited. (Now let me explain my daughters temperament). She very soft spoken, the most humble and kindest person you would ever want to meet, who is also very pretty with hazel greenish eyes. She would never call anyone nappy head. Now I know you all may say I’m bias but I have another daughter and although shes beautiful as well, she’s the opposite of my other daughter. Although she can be your best friend and kind as well, she can also turn up like a firecracker.(the reason why I mentioned my daughters looks is bc I think that Eva is threaten by other attractive women. There’s a black room in the back where my daughter works, which is considered like a green room. After being introduced to Eva by her boss my daughter went into the itinerary. After that there’s free time to do whatever. So my daughter told Eve that she was her favorite Top Model & asked if they take a pic together. Eva completely went into Eva diva roll & very rudely chastised her for having the nerve to ask to take a pic with her. She also went on to ask do you know who I am? Then proceeded.to walk away as she took her rude behind outside to smoke a cigarette. Leaving my daughter completely in shock. Of course that didnt stop my daughter from staying in professional mode and continued to do her job. There has been A+ celebs who has been on this show who had no problem taking pics with my daughter & this F rated “celeb” had the audacity to disrespect my daughter & attempted to make her feel as if she was beneath her. Smh. This has been over a decade & a half , & where has her every attempt at a career taken her? In Atlanta desperately trying to get a peach. I’m so glad Porsha gave her the business during the reunion. As a celebrity you must remember it is your fans who keeps you working. Be careful how you treat them. You better humble yourself orGod will do it for you.
