We’ll just let you pretend that there was no DNA evidence supporting the claim that the woman had s-e-x with someone else within 15 hours after the alleged r***, and that she had s-e-x with the prosecution’s star witness 48 hours BEFORE the alleged r***, and that campus police didn’t classify her as having a mental health issue after one of two s****** attempts four months before she met Kobe, and that no partygoers told NBC News that the woman was bragging about her encounter with Kobe.
