Kevin Hart is short of a large sum of money.
For, his personal shopper, Dylan Syer, has allegedly defrauded the actor for over $1 million.

Syer was arraigned in New York on February 10 on charges of grand larceny, according to a press release.
The shopper allegedly used credit cards belonging to Hart to fund a lavish lifestyle that included Louis Vuitton bags and a Sam Friedman painting.
District Attorney Melinda Katz alleges that Sayer started with small authorized purchases for his client, before using Hart’s cards to funnel cash into his own accounts and purchasing items he then had shipped to his home.
His ill-gotten goods are currently being hunted down and, in total, the charges are close to $1.2 million.
Syer faces 25-years in prison if convicted.
