Jen Shah made headlines this week when she was arrested and charged with multiple counts of fraud.
Dramatically, the reality star was in the middle of taping the second season of ‘Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’ when the swoop took place.
As reported, Shah’s charges allege that from 2012 until the present, she and her on-screen “assistant” Smith (along with others) ran a telemarketing scheme that defrauded older people by selling “lead lists” business opportunities…that didn’t exist.
After entering a “not guilty” plea, Shah has finally broken her silence on the situation.
Her words below…
Sharing a fan message of support, she added the caption:
“Thank you for being loyal, believing in me and not believing the type. This journey has showed me who my true friends are. All my love #ShahSquad”
If convicted of the charges, Shah faces up to 30 years in prison.
