It looks like the beef between Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel is back on the griddle.
Find out why below…
Video In-Article Ad (Desktop)It’s been widely documented that there’s no love lost between the ‘Fast & Furious’ stars.
Video In-Article Ad (Desktop)However, it appeared like possible reconciliation was on the cards after Diesel publicly took to social media to encourage Johnson (known to most as The Rock) to return for the tenth and final installment of the film franchise.
Video In-Article Ad (Desktop)Within the post, which was shared last month, Diesel lobbied for him and Johnson to mend fences in the name of the ‘Fast & Furious’ legacy and for the fans.

Video In-Article Ad (Desktop)When quizzed on the post, he said:

This past June, when Vin and I actually connected not over social media, I told him directly – and privately – that I would not be returning to the franchise. I was firm yet cordial with my words and said that I would always be supportive of the cast and always root for the franchise to be successful, but that there was no chance I would return. I privately spoke with my partners at Universal as well, all of whom were very supportive as they understand the problem.”

The box office titan, who played Luke Hobbs in the ‘Fast’ franchise, continued:
Video In-Article Ad (Desktop)“Vin’s recent public post was an example of his manipulation. I didn’t like that he brought up his children in the post, as well as Paul Walker’s death. Leave them out of it. We had spoken months ago about this and came to a clear understanding. My goal all along was to end my amazing journey with this incredible ‘Fast & Furious’ franchise with gratitude and grace. It’s unfortunate that this public dialogue has muddied the waters. Regardless, I’m confident in the ‘Fast’ universe and its ability to consistently deliver for the audience, and I truly wish my former co-stars and crew members the best of luck and success in the next chapter.”

Diesel’s November post read:
Video In-Article Ad (Desktop)“My little brother Dwayne… the time has come. The world awaits the finale of Fast 10. As you know, my children refer to you as Uncle Dwayne in my house. There is not a holiday that goes by that they and you don’t send well wishes… but the time has come. Legacy awaits. I told you years ago that I was going to fulfill my promise to Pablo. I swore that we would reach and manifest the best Fast in the finale that is 10! I say this out of love… but you must show up, do not leave the franchise idle you have a very important role to play. Hobbs can’t be played by no other. I hope that you rise to the occasion and fulfill your destiny.”

Oooh some Carrie versus Samantha drama for the straights 🤭
Ugh… boys will be boys… all they need is just a warm hole and hump it & pump it💅🏾
Nobody wants yo toxic puss 🤢🤮🤮🤮💩
Vin tried it. Of yall already spoke then Vin pulls this mess and now DJ is forced to address it publicly. 😒 not very adult of Vin. Bit they dont have heavy star power for that played out franchise and need Dwayne to help the numbers and the hype of the movie. DJ handled it with as much class as he could. Vin and Tyrese ol dried careers need the Fast n Furious franchise. DJ doesnt🤭.
I promise you no one will cry if this movie doesn’t be mad…it’s played tf out anyway
Vin spoke like he needs Dwayne to help him fulfill some divine purpose. If he were really concerned about delivering a quality product that honors Paul, he wouldn’t allow for the story and stunts in each movie to become more ridiculous than the last. The franchise didn’t start with homemade rockets and cars flying through outer space. The “legacy” is already in ruins.
Big motherfucking YIKES
I hear Vin like the boys & the girls. ☕☕
