Tony Rock, famed comedian and brother of actor-comic Chris Rock, is coming to his brother’s defense as the latter continues ride headlines for being the recipient of an unceremonious slap at this year’s Academy Awards ceremony.
As has been widely reported, the elder Rock got rocked by Will Smith for making a joke about Jada Pinkett-Smith’s hair.
The slap heard around the word still rings as the center of social media debates, and Tuesday night (March 29) Tony entered the chat with some short but telling answers when quizzed on his thoughts about the hoopla.

Over the course of a Q&A session with his fans, Tony all but expressed intent to retaliate against Will on his brother’s behalf. He also suggested he did not believe the incident was a stunt, nor does he believe Chris has forgiven the ‘King Richard’ star for the embarrassing ordeal.

The issue is not only the slap but Will Smith need to be man enough not to let the rolling of Jada Smith’s eye send him to oblivion.
