Will Smith returns to the spotlight in the hotly anticipated new movie ‘Emancipation.’
Directed by Antoine Furqua, the film serves as the first offering from the superstar since the Oscar slap seen around the world on the night he bagged the Best Actor award.
Moving forward and reminding the masses of his Midas touch on screen, Smith takes center stage in the Apple TV+ flick – which is inspired by a true story that centers on the narrative of an enslaved man who embarks on an arduous journey to reunite with his family.
