SZA and Keke Palmer are heading to the big screen in an Issa Rae-produced movie vehicle.

Deadline reports that the singer and the media maven are to star in a new TriStar Pictures buddy comedy, which is being produced by Rae and directed by ‘Rap Sh*t’ maestro Lawrence Lamont.

Syreeta Singleton has been tapped to pen the script.

Plot details are presently under wraps.

SZA and Palmer previously teamed on ‘Saturday Night Live’ – when Palmer hosted and SZA served as the musical guest.

While Palmer is no stranger to film, having shone in titles such as ‘Nope’ and ‘Hustlers,’ the as yet untitled flick will serve as SZA’s acting debut.
