According to documents filed on August 22, Linda Yvette Mathis has officially motioned to end her almost four-decade union with the TV judge, Greg Mathis.
Citing “irreconcilable differences,” she listed the date of separation as July 17.
Interestingly, the date is a mere matter of weeks after she and the 64-year-old star shared PDA-flavored snaps together on social media. Indeed, this shot was posted on June 10.
In any case, it appears the marriage is a wrap.
Linda is petitioning for spousal support and requesting that her requirement of spousal support be waived.
The Mathis’, who married in 1985, have four children together.
