The ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ season 16 is coming out of the gate hot.
Beyond a well-received cast refresh, the latest instalment of the series has been magnetizing headlines before it premiered, thanks largely to the drama between Kenya Moore and newcomer Brit Eady.
As reported, the former Miss USA was suspended indefinitely from the long-running Bravo show after showing explicit images of Eady following a spat at a taping early in the season.
However, fans are rallying behind Moore in massive numbers after the circumstances leading up to the incident aired.
And for most, it more than verifies the ‘Gone With The Wind Fabulous’ performer’s version of events.

Though maintaining that she never participated in spreading “revenge p*rn,” Moore did cop to the drama escalating too far, and she admitted to making a mistake.
Even with her reflective regret, Moore has maintained that there were mitigating factors that caused the chaos. Specifically, that she was verbally threatened by Eady. Murmurs about a gun spread like wildfire.
And now, with episode 4 having aired, it’s clear there is credence to Moore’s claims about aggravating antics from Eady.
Viewers watched in shock and dismay as Eady (who had been lobbying for a “beef” in preceding episodes) confusingly exploded at Moore… over a greeting.
From there, a melée ensued and saw Eady audibly saying:
“I still got my pistol. I got whips…pistols…everything.”

Fans flooded social media to declare Moore “vindicated.”
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Moore reacted to the support by writing:
“Being the longest standing RHOA member threatened with whips and pistols by a newcomer 3 weeks into filming.
Seeing this obsession play out is scary. I wanted protection and assurances that the threats would be taken seriously.
I may be strong but I’m not bulletproof.
#RHOA”
The show’s next episode, this Sunday, will see Moore’s retaliatory actions air.

Brit has been strangely obsessed with Kenya all season and we are only 4 episodes in. In all of the years that RHOA has been on our screens, never has one of them ever threatened each other with weapons. That was absolutely a new low.
Kenya had done nothing to this girl, and has greeted her at the past two events with a hug and class. Brit was doing way too much and for what. These newbies come on the show trying to go after an OG just so they can have a storyline. She started with Kenya, and we all know that Kenya will always finish it. Kenya was great with all the newbies including Kelli, and Angela, she was starting no drama this season.
Kenya owned up to what she did on the Tamron Hall show late last year and was remorseful for her actions. The crazy part is that Bravo should have had Kenya’s back when those violent threats were aimed towards her. She has been an integral part in making that show great over the last 11 seasons she’s been on, she has worked hard for the network. She deserves a huge apology. TEAM TWIRL ALWAYS.
