Kim Kardashian is speaking her truth in the long-awaited court case centered on the 2016 robbery that saw her tied up, gagged, and fearing for her life in the middle of Fashion Week.

Choking back tears, Kardashian took to the stand today (May 13) in Paris and revealed she was convinced she was about to be raped and murdered when two men dressed as police burst into her luxury hotel room, demanding her diamond ring and millions worth of jewels. Recounting the horrific robbery, she said:

“They threw me on the bed and the smaller one started to tie my hands together with a zip tie. I was pretty hysterical. I looked at the gentleman who was the concierge and said ‘What is going to happen to us? Are we going to die?'”

Kardashian also revealed what happened when her robe fell open during the attack:

“Everything was exposed…I was certain that was the moment he was going to rape me. I said a prayer. Then he closed my legs and ended up tying them. The gun was still pointed at me. I was certain they were going to shoot me, and it was all over.”

The attackers fled with nearly $10 million in jewelry, including her $4 million diamond engagement ring. Dubbed as the ‘grandpa gang’ due to their age, eight of the accused deny involvement.

Kardashian, almost a decade later, has expressed forgiveness to her attackers, but the trauma still remains.
