After many murmurs, it’s official: Lateasha ‘Sweet Tea’ Lunceford isn’t returning for the next season of ‘Married to Medicine.’

In a livestream, the reality star shared the news while addressing a fan’s comment about how she was treated on the series. Lunceford states:

“Know that I’m not a quitter… and I ain’t never ran away from anybody… it just is what it is. There are better things in store for me. That platform was what it was for me at the moment… and I’m going down the right path.”

‘Sweet Tea’ joined the ‘Married to Medicine’ cast during Season 10 as the new wife of Dr. Gregory Lunceford, ex-husband of longtime cast member Quad Webb.

After joining, it wasn’t long before confrontations happened and tensions rose. All of which led to a rocky start with the group.

This news comes after Bravo announced ‘Married to Medicine’ was renewed for season 12.
