The freshly dropped full trailer for the film melds gritty prison drama with technicolor fantasy. Lopez channels dual personas of the Hollywood diva Ingrid Luna and the ethereal siren Aurora.
Set in 1981 Argentina, Diego Luna and Tonatiuh anchor the emotional core as cellmates torn between survival and escape through fantasy, and Lopez delivers a career-defining, show-stopping number that proves her love for song and dance was no dream but destiny.
‘Kiss of the Spiderwoman’ is set to release on October 10. This is one musical not to miss.
