Disney has officially dropped the first-look teaser for its highly anticipated live-action remake of ‘Moana.’

The reimagined take on the 2016 classic will feature Catherine Laga’aia stepping into the role of Moana, while Dwayne Johnson returns to bring the mighty demigod Maui to life.
The film follows Moana as she answers the ocean’s call and ventures beyond the reef of her home island, Motunui, embarking on a daring voyage alongside Maui. Their journey introduces viewers to fan favorites, including the fierce yet lovable Kakamora tribe, while honoring the original story.
