It’s been announced that Ncuti Gatwa is joining the cast of the upcoming ‘Bad Fairies’ movie alongside Cynthia Erivo.

The animated musical flick focuses on a bold group of fairies that are shaking up their magical world. They do this with some good old-fashioned rebellion and fairy dust.
Erivo will be voicing Jayne Staplegun, whose rebellious streak sparks a movement against the status quo.
Details about Gatwa’s character are under wraps for now, but it is promising to be full of personality and energy.
The upcoming musical comedy will be the first feature film to emerge from Warner Bros. Animation and Locksmith Animation’s first-look deal. It is currently in production in London.
This will be the ‘Wicked’ actress’s first lead role in an animated film.
‘Bad Fairies’ hits theaters on May 21, 2027.
