Todd Tucker is firing back in divorce court with ex-wife Kandi Burruss, and things are getting tense.

The ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ alum’s husband is now demanding primary custody of their two children, claiming Ace and Blaze currently live with him in Georgia while Burruss continues her out-of-state work commitments.
Per Us Weekly, Tucker shared:
“Kandi’s schedule will continue to require her to be away from the children for at least the next several months.”
While insisting he still hopes for an amicable resolution, he made it clear that if talks fall apart, he’ll pursue primary physical custody, joint legal custody, and final decision-making power while still allowing Burruss to spend time with the kids.
Tucker also praised Kandi as a mother, but stirred the pot by questioning the couple’s 2014 on-site wedding prenup, suggesting he signed under pressure and without proper legal counsel. If the agreement is tossed, he may seek alimony.
Burruss, meanwhile, is asking the court for joint custody and wants the prenup fully enforced.

I’m sure the prenup had a clause that promised him x amount of dollars if he remained married x number of years without cheating. Being not as dumb as he looks and to avoid losing that money in case of cheating, I believe Marvin talked Kandi into partaking in 3somes. Can’t be cheating if she knew, consented to, AND participated in said-cheating.
