Calm spirals into chaos fast in the freshly released trailer for ‘They Will Kill You,’ and Zazie Beetz is at the center of the carnage.

The Horror-Comedy sees Beetz star as a who accepts what “appears” to be a low-key housekeeping job inside a towering New York City apartment building.

It’s not long, though, before things start to feel…off.

From eerie encounters to unexplained absences, the high-rise soon reveals a much more sinister reality.

Joining Beetz on the cast are the likes of Tom Felton, Patricia Arquette, Heather Graham, Myha’la, Darron Meyer, and Armando Rivera.

Kirill Sokolov directs from a script co-written with Alex Litvak, with Andy Muschietti and Barbara Muschietti producing.

‘They Will Kill You’ arrives in theaters on March 27.
