According to Aaron’s family, the ‘Blind Side’ actor is exhibiting signs of successful recovery including practicing writing, solving puzzles, and even has feeling in his legs again.
“[He’] feeling strong and empowered,” a relative shared with the press. “He’s excited about the future opportunities life will present to him.”
Quinton even spoke optimistically about returning to work at some point as he nears the one-month mark since he first made headlines for hospitalization due to the stroke.
“I went through a lot, but I’m focusing on God, my recovery, my family and close friends as well as my career,” he relayed via an exclusive statement to PEOPLE.
The recent hospitalization for the spinal stroke comes nearly a year after he was hospitalized for coughing up blood, TMZ previously reported. Aaron said at the time that medics believed he was dealing with Type A flu and pneumonia.
Here’s hoping Quinton continues down the path of speedy recovery.
